General Ledger Journal (Summary and Detail Styles)

There are two types of GL Journal documents: Summary and Detail.

The Summary format (illustrated by the left image below) reflects the General Ledger Journal updates within the specified period, showing the Journal ID, journal type, the cycle and fiscal year, the debits and credits, the status the user information, branch, station, and entry date, and the reference information.

The Detail format shows the details from the journal record above plus the journal document details, including the information above plus the journal document details.
